Sample Making & Customization

1. We can cusomize a product based on your own concept, drawing, desription; 

2. Mold charge for a new design (mold) and/or customize your idea: (a) for small samples: $ US 50 /mold and sample; and (b) for big samples: up to $ US 300 /mold and sample. These do not include shipping cost or sample fees;

3. The cost for molds, designs and samples will be fully refunded to you if your order value is over $US 5,000 and 50% refunded for order values from $US 3,000 usd to $US 5,000;

4. Most of our products are blank on both the inside and outside. However, we can print, embroider, stick, your message, or logo upon request at your expense.
