- The lead-time of production varies and depends on the product category, your custom designs as well as order quantity;
- For container orders, it normally takes from 30 to 45 days for the 1st shipment and 25-30 days for each following shipment of the same products;
- For small order, we require at least 10 to 20 days (applied for goods with available molds).
► What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can I order small quantity?
The MOQ varies from item to item. In general, our MOQ is 100 pcs per style. Smaller quantity is welcome but the price will be higher due to set up cost, bank remittances surcharge

- We do not keep a high level of inventory. Most orders are produced upon receipt or confirmation of payment;
- If the products need to be supplied urgently, please contact us for requested services;

► What is the lead time for molding?
In general, the time need for molding a new sample will take 10 - 14 days. A complex design or multiple part items will require a longer time. Usually, the production lead time for a new item is longer as the mould is fresh and may need further adjustments during production. It is usually at least 2-3 weeks.
► Is a sample available? If I need some samples for getting approval from my buyer, how can I get them?
We have most samples in stock so we can send a sample in 2-3 days for your quality evaluations.
For sampling on specific finishing and quantity, a much longer time will be required. In general, it will take 7-10 days and sample charge will be needed.

► What are your plating colors for helmet fittings?
The typital colors are 24k gold and nikel chrome. Other colors include Copper, Antique Copper, Nickel, Chrome, Brushed Antique Brass, Gun Metal, Brushed Gun Metal, Pearl Gold, Rose Gold, Pearl Nickel, Brushed Pearl Nickel.
► What Is Your Product Quality Standard?
We have developed our own quality control system to maintain the identity, accuracy of each product in term of color, shape, textures, pattern, durability, material,.,. Nevertheless, please allow us a tolerance rate of up to 10% in dimensions color and texture because our products are made by hand in almost production stages.
► Why plating color changed after time and how to prevent it?
A pated item may be oxidized and/or faded due to humidity, sweat, heavy sunlight expose in a long period of time. An additional layer of transparent lacquer will be able to protect plated layer from oxidation and colorfastness. In our normal finishings, Nickel (Nickel Free), Chrome will not have lacquer protection. Please specify an additional of lacquer if lacquer layer is needed. All other finishing will have lacquer protection by default.
