1. Pricing

We accept United States Dollar and other convertible currencies for your purchase;

Discount: if you order regularly, a discount percentage will be offered for you. We also apply the principal “the more you buy the better price we offer”.

2. Return and Refund Policy
If you find any of your merchandise damaged and or defective as a result of our poor craftmenship, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days from receipt (by post office date mark). We will replace it free of charge, or issue a prompt refund.
 
May we request you to pay special attentions to the followings:

• Contact us before sending the merchandise back;
• Your returned merchandise must be in original conditions. We just ask you to please use the original packaging materials or the ones that are equally secure;
• We do not refund shipping & handling costs or any import taxes incurred by your side. 20% restocking fee will apply.
